GLaDOS Messaging is a private AI-assistant messaging service used to provide notifications, reminders, alerts, and conversational messages to users who have provided their mobile phone number and agreed to receive SMS messages.

- SMS messaging preferences and consent status

- Information voluntarily provided by the user for purposes of providing requested notifications, reminders, alerts, or other assistant functionality

SMS and Mobile Information

We take reasonable steps to keep contact information current. If we learn that a mobile number has been deactivated, disconnected, or reassigned, SMS messaging to that number will be suspended or removed until consent from the current subscriber is confirmed.

Message frequency varies based on user requests, configured notifications, reminders, alerts, and other enabled assistant functions.

Opting Out
Users may opt out of SMS messaging at any time by replying STOP to a message.
Users may reply HELP for assistance.
Data Security
Reasonable technical and administrative measures are used to protect information associated with the messaging service against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
